This is Very Important:
- Do not purchase airline tickets or leave for your vacation without written confirmation of your trip from ASI Travel Direct.
- You will need to be at the pier at least 1.5 hours prior to departure.
- Your identification is very important. U.S. Born Citizens need two forms of I.D. being a valid driver’s license or a valid passport and a certified true copy birth certificate – no photocopies – no exceptions. All others call Customs and Immigrations.
- Shared custody children or child traveling without legal guardian – Responsible adult must have written notarized permission from Shared Custody or Legal guardian to allow child to enter Bahamas for the travel period requested and the child’s certified true copy birth certificate. If previous spouse is deceased, a copy of the death certificate is required.
- Absolutely No Refunds – for no shows, non cancelled reservations or passengers denied boarding due to insufficient immigration or citizenship documents. Only cancellations or date revisions up to seventy two (72) hours prior to sailing are considered for credit.
